According to multiple media reports, following a meeting with Laporta, Barcelona coach Xavi has decided to stay at the club and fulfill his contract until 2025.

In January of this year, Xavi announced his intention to leave Barcelona at the end of the season and reiterated this decision multiple times. 

 

This season, Barcelona reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League but were eliminated by Paris Saint-Germain.

Currently, Barcelona is in second place in the La Liga standings, trailing leaders Real Madrid by 11 points.

 

Earlier reports indicated that due to financial constraints, Barcelona's management has been working hard to convince Xavi to stay.
