Walker close to joining AC Milan!

According to The Daily Telegraph, Manchester City right-back Kyle Walker is close to joining AC Milan, with both sides set to sign a two-and-a-half-year contract, and the deal could be finalized within this week.

Has Milan finalized Walker?

Previously, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola confirmed that Walker had requested to leave the club, which led to his exclusion from the squad for the FA Cup third-round match.

It is reported that AC Milan advisor Zlatan Ibrahimović has played an important role in facilitating the transfer.

Walker wants a change of environment to play football

British media have reported that Walker and his family want to experience a new environment but are not keen on moving to Saudi Arabia, which ultimately led to their decision to join AC Milan.

However, at 34 years old, Walker is no longer the player he once was, often making mistakes and conceding goals on the field.

Does Walker still have the ability to compete in the top five leagues?

It remains uncertain how much of an impact he will have in Serie A after the move.
